Location: Cypress Island Preserve, 1264 Prairie Hwy, St. Martinville, LA 70517
The grand Reopening event will highlight the new trailhead signage and enhanced boardwalk trail infrastructure at Cypress Island Preserve in St. Martinville. These improvements will help strengthen regional tourism and enhance the environment at one of Louisiana’s most beautiful conservation properties. On average, each year the Cypress Island Preserve attracts 8,000 visitors from 70 countries.
Tours will be offered, and light refreshments will be provided.
